Created as part of Madison Square Garden's grand re-opening, we built a modular dashboard with a custom CMS that enabled staff to add events, branded and social content, travel info, or anything MSG-related to a massive screen at the entrance of the arena.
What I did: UX / Design / Motion Graphics
To either side of the main dashboard, printed seating charts were replaced with interactive touchscreens, allowing users to cycle through seating for every type of event and get step-by-step directions to their seats. If visitors didn’t have their dream ticket, they could also select seats they might be interested in to get the viewpoint from that exact location (and send details to themselves with links to games when that seat was still available).
